How long after Civil Documents are email?

So I filled out DS-261. Then paid AOS and emailed my supporting documents (Pay Stubs and Taxes, etc..) Then IV was available to pay. Paid IV and filled out form DS-260. On 4/9/13 emailed supporting civil documents. I called NVC and they gave me the regular "wait 20 days to proccess the paperwork" which I know is the standard reply. My question is what is the average time from when others have emailed the Civil Documents that NVC or consulate gives a reply with interview date? I am filing for a CR-1 which just on the 15th emailed NVC to change to IR-1 because it has been two years I been married. My case starts with MEP (Cuidad Juarez) if that helps. How long for a reply with a interview date? Or should I start calling everyday to see whats going on?

Hello Ozzie

I received a email with my husbands interview date i think about a month after i send in documents. And Interview was scheduled for almost 2 months after i received that email.
