Hi everyone.

I guess the bottomline is I screwed up by not mailing my I-129F so that I would receive some sort of verification that it was received.

Having looked at the timelines for the majority of people on here it seems most people receive their NOA1 in about a week and I have seen a couple around 2 weeks. I mailed my app package on 2-8-06, so now I'm sitting at 22 days with no NOA1 and I starting to worry a little. My check hasn't been cashed either.

Is this unusual?

Any comment would be appreciated.

BTW, Nebraska Service Center.

Transferred to CSC

02-27-2006 NOA1 Date.

03-03-2006 Check Cleared.

03-04-2006 NOA1 Received in the mail.

05-15-2006 RFE Received in the mail.

05-16-2006 Mailed Additional Evidence Overnighted to CSC.

How did you mail your I-129F petition? Who did you use? Because you can track it with some couriers.

If you mailed it by regular mail, it takes a while. If you mailed it express then you should have gotten something by now. Call or e-mail them if you express mailed it.
