I also agree. I don't think there is any evidence that proves this is something other than a regular crime, albeit a heinous one. I also don't see any reason the regular court system wouldn't work in this case.

Ya! From what I have seen, the government is more afraid of what the public will find out in these trials, than our enemies. All the non-disclosure agreements I signed, stated I was not to embarrass the US Government with the American people, and never mentioned anything about disclosing secrets to the enemies of the United States. Of course, that was before Congress passed all those Whistle-Blower protections.
