i filed both Parents

Approved Date: March 11,2013

its already 1month and 2 weeks still haven't heard anything good from NVC been calling 4 times and today called again about the status of my

approval they told me that they still not received my I-179 notice of Action and ask me to scan and email the approval notice i told them i

already send it to them last week. NVC representative said if i receive a confirmation in the email about the email i send then they will get back to me then they hang-up isn't it rude? i still have few question and they hang-up that quick damn people (sorry for my Language) its just so disappointing sorry again.

if only i got a chance to report that NVC Representative i will but wat can i do? no choice really very Frustrated right now..... :(:(

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure how long it would take to receive a confirmation or acceptance email. According to my research in VJ threads, it may take up to 15 days or even more. It depends. Just be patient and call them up more often. As for the NVC reps, I also called earlier and the lady I spoke with was just ok, maybe because I was just asking about the case complete. But it took forever to get a live person on the phone. I guess Monday is always the busiest day at NVC and reps are grumpy with the callers. I hope you will get a response soon. Goodluck
