I've only had a migraine once. It was really quite horrible.

I know that any light and sound hurt quite a bit, so for myself, I just laid on the couch in the dark and tried to rest. I'm not sure if you can find a dark space to do that but maybe it could help?

I've been in bed all day with the worst headache of my life. I feel so nauseous. Is this a migraine?

I know some of you have them, so any suggestions? I'm feeling completely debilitated.

Jenn it wouldn't hurt to call your doctor, tell him/her that you were in an accident and mention your headache. You might want to get an mri done just to make sure verything is ok.

I take a cup of tea, a dry piece of toast, and some tylenol. Then turn out all the lights and sleep.

I have felt under-the-weather myself. Went to the doctor today and I ended up being there for over 5 hours. I never have back pain but for the last 2-3 weeks my lower back has been killing me. Then when my abdomen started hurting for the past 2-3 days I decided I'd better have it checked out.

Still no definitive answer and I have to return next week but from the CT they did today, they unexpectedly found a 5cm ovarian cyst that they think is unrelated to the pain I've been having.

It's probably all related to stress from this rollercoaster visa process. When's it going to end?????

Oh my goodness I hope that everything works out. I wonder why they think it's unrelated? Sometimes something like that can throw things off kilter just enough to make your back hurt.....and lower back pain sucks...I can relate!!!!!

oops! I didn't mean to imply migrane was an over used term. Actually in regards to this I think headache problems go undiagnoised in a lot of people. Abot a couple of times a year a get one so bad holding my head upright makes me feel like I could pass out. But sometmes one threatens to come on and if i take medicine to counter it early enough, its just a bad bad headache.

I do hope you headache is not related to the accident as others said. And I am glad you are feeling better

I have no idea why they think it's unrelated. If that's the case, I've got 3 problems coincidently going on at the same time. Weird. I just wish the doc would have given me some pain pills though. Thankfully I can take it easier now that the kids went to grandma's for the night.

I have just been busy planning with my husband when he will leave and how. His job is not willing to be coporate right now. I hope were together for the holidays my birthday is on November 22 and he wont be here and I was hoping he would be!
