Forgot to notify DHS when changing address

My wife and I sold my house and moved into an apartment about 6 months ago. Because my wife is a permanent resident and had received all of her documents, it never occurred to me that we are still required to notify the DHS and USCIS whenever we change our address. We are to due to start the Petetion for Removing Conditions on Residency around June, I wonder if we will run into any consequences for this honest mistake... any advice at all?

Do not forget that the USC sponsor who completed the I-864 also must complete a change of address using the I-865 form. I am assuming that you have filed the AR-11 on-line with the USCIS even if it is late since you now know you must do so. There is no problem as we filed all required address change forms and they still mailed my wife's reminder to file ROC to our old address. Just do it now and then file the form with the correct address on them.

Do it now and hope nobody who matters notices the problem, which they probably won't.
