Hi Ladies & Gentleman,

I just wanna ask a question about the October 2012 Filer of Removal of Condition on Residency.

We filed our paper last October 19,2012. And Im done with my biometrics. I know the waiting starts from here.

What else do I need to do? How many months will it take? My service center is Vermont Service Center.

What is your experienced about ROC?Is there any October 2012 filer here? Is there any update in your case

Please let me know guys.So that I won't feel bad that Im the only person who has the same situation.

Look at the Oct 2012 thread, you will see that couple of people got accepted.

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

You won't hear nothing from them until approval or RFE or interview. Just sit back and relax. They are working on October now and I've seen that they approved 2 as far as right now, so you might get your approval soon. I got mine last week out of nothing just in the morning I found an email from USCIS. Don't stress it as I did. I've seen all the stories and I was terrified for 7 months, and then I got approved. So basically I was terrified for nothing lol. Just relax and watch, don't stress it lol.

:crying: I am so frustrated & broken hearted. I got an RFE from the VSC. I did submit all the evidences that I can think and available for our marriage but I guess its not enough. I will post my RFE letter here soon.So please Ladies & Gentleman help me.Give me ideas & advice me what are the things I need to do. I am so upset & depressed about this :(
