Hello.. im on k1 visa.i filed o

Aos last oct 2012. I filed form i485 and for ead.. but i did not include form 131 for AP which i regreted! I want to travel this coming june 2nd week.my questions are : is it possible to have an AP if i filed it this may 1? And should i pay for the AP application? I paid more than $1000 when i filed my aos. Pls share your knowledge about this.. thank you.. :)

Welcome to the forum.

Fill out your I-131, using the VJ example. Be sure to include a copy of your I-485 NOA1 with the application, then you shouldn't have pay.

I was worried if i have to pat $360 for filing separate AP. Now its clear that i dont have to pay for it! One last question.. how long does it take? Can i travel this june ? :) what do you think?

You dont have to pay a thing! As the other vj member said just file the i131 with a copy of your noa 1. But if you check the proccesing charts just for advance parole the chart says 3month of processing time. Maybe in your case might be quicker cause you already have your biometrics done so If I were you, I will call the USCIS toll free line and ask if you the processing time is shorter cause you already have your biometrics. So you can have an stimated time! Good luckkkkk!! I hope everything turns out perfect!

Someone here on VJ recently received their AP fairly quickly after applying for it after they had already filed the I-485. That is no guarantee you will also get yours faster though. Processing time is 60-90 days normally.
