What if there is harm but the victim wants the harm, gets off on the harm?

It can go anywhere from light paddling which leaves slight reddishness on the buttocks to that German guy who murdered and ate another German guy in an act of consensual cannibalism.

Consensual harm proved to be consensual should, IMHO, be allowed. If I give you my car as a present, it's consensual theft... legal. If some German guy gives another German guy his body to eat, it's consensual... I don't see a moral problem with it... just a psychological one.

In a similar, but non-sexual example, look at sports. Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, American Football, Hockey... it's all consensual roughhousing, and is legal.

12/26/2012 - NOA1 received via text/email
12/27/2012 - Checked cashed by USCIS
12/31/2012 - Alien Number changed (NOA1 hardcopy in post, but was away for 2 weeks prior)

05/16/2013 - NOA2 received via text/email

05/20/2013 - NOA2 hardcopy received in post

05/28/2013 - NVC receives packet and assigns London case number

07/15/2013 - Sent all paperwork/medical complete

why would it need to be assisted? god people are so lazy..

True story. I met an old guy that tried to commit suicide after he had a stroke. The bullet went through the roof of his mouth, entered the sinus cavity, and exited out through the tear duct. Missed his eye, brain, and anything vital. Sometimes I guess you just need somebody there to make sure you are doing right.
