I have been a full time student in USA till 2010

My student visa was valid till 2012 but I left USA because I was getting married and wanted to develop a business in home country.

in 2011 I tried applying for tourist visa but got it rejected after which I went to UK to complete a Master degree in Mobile technology as I wanted to add that as 1 of the department to my business.

I have now returned to home country and have business running fine but now I see the need of doing MBA and have an admission from my University in which I did masters before in 2010.

Business is software consulting firm with clients across UK, Europe and Australia with a team of 30-40 people.

Though I want to increase the business at the same time I have made it automatic without my need to spend too much time.

I am thinking of either doing a MBA on F1 visa or applying for a business visa in USA

F1 visa complications I think

Applied only to 1 university...I am not interested in doing studies from any other university because I loved the university in the initial masters and its a reputed university

2nd is I have not given GMAT though I have given GRE 5 years before based on which I got the admission.

3rd is why so many masters.

So I do see some complications in Student visa.

For business visa

I am not sure if the company of strength 40 is eligible to apply for that. I have last year IT return as well as tax receipt for company and the professional tax receipt for all the employees for last 1 year and I am company director from last 2 years for this company

SO I need suggestion from all the professionals here which option I should go for.

Thanks

This is an interesting dilemma for a 'professional immigration attorney' to have.

Suggest you touch base with your peers, on this one.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I seem to remember a recommendation for an Immigration firm in Phoenix, but the link seems to have gone.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Business visa (B1) should not be a issue, you are married and have legit business. Since you are in IT/software related business I am sure you have clients in the US. Arrange meeting and get confirmations from them. I think you are good to go.
