Hi All,

I have applied for a K-1 visa and collected all the documents. I have 3 police certificates now, one from district police station and two being exactly similar from passport office. So shall I just submit that district police station certificate and ONE passport office police certificate and keep the other similar passport office certificate with me ?

Also I want to know do I have to SUBMIT all the Originals in VFS office? If I submit them all then I I will only have passport and medical reports to carry to the consulate. I mean if I submit originals then I am worried if they would staple them or something ? I have like documents weighing 3 pounds... Is it ok if I submit all originals in envelope? Can anybody share how they submit their documents and is this in VFS's policy that they accept documents in an envelope or they need to be stapled or binded ? Since you cant bind or staple originals...I am really confused about this.

Thank you :)
