Direct Filing Addresses for form I-130

I was looking at some timelines and I seen the following CSC,NSC,TSC,VSC,NBC but the paper i got from the web site of USCIS says if you live in Florida as I do you mail the I-130 to USCIS ATTN:I-130 PO BOX 21700 Phoenix,AZ 85036 if mailing reg mail .my ques is do they then transfer it to one of the service centers that I see on everyone timeline I would also add that is the address i have for a stand alone I-130 .I ask this because Texas, Vermont, and Nebraska are closer to me can someone tell me what is up with that do I send it to the phoenix lockbox as the form says? Thank you for any input in advance

Only send it to the address listed to send it to in the instructions. Do NOT send it to " somewhere closer to you " It will cause significant delays.

Only send it to the address listed to send it to in the instructions. Do NOT send it to " somewhere closer to you " It will cause significant delays.

Timeline

ya, send it to the lockbox address for your domicile state (there are 2, chicago and phoenix)

routing will go like this:

lockbox-> MSC -> local office (maybe).
