Thanks for the advice Darnell.

I actually want to come out in the open and say that I owe the CSR from the Dallas Field Office an apology, because he just left a voice mail for me. He stated that the individual that he contacted has confirmed that all of our documents are at NBC and there is usually a 9/1 turn around for documents they received in March so they are not behind schedule according to there process. He also said that the only way that they will expedite the request is if I can send them documented proof of a medical, financial, or emotional emergency. This really isn't the best news that I could hope for but it is somewhat comforting to know that our forms aren't sitting in some dusty corner forgotten. I know patience is the key to this process but I feel like if I don't make enough noise about our case another 2-3 months can easily go by with no results, especially since we are close to 6 months. So keeping our fingers crossed for Sept ClockWatch2.gif.
