My fiancé was offered to teach in the Dominican Republic for less than 2 weeks during the year...we are waiting for our NOA2 on a K-1 visa....this trip to the Dominican Republic could happen right after he enters to the US and we get married....the question is how long does he has to wait to travel abroad after getting married on a k-1 visa. Does anyone know this information??

THANKS!!!!

you need to get married, then file for AOS, EAD and AP. EAD and AP take 60-90 days. He cannot leave without AP.
