ya, you need to speak with an ISO to learn of casefile location,

as

the CSR you spoke with only sees what you can see in the status portal.

Casefile transfers from MSC to local office are not logged in 'that' system, else you wouldn't be chasing an ISO to learn about it.

The ISOs see more, their level of access is higher than a CSR.

I say, not wait, call in tomorrow morning.

I spoke with a ISO (after a 2+ hour hold time), and he said that my case file has not been transferred. He said that if I have not heard any news after 6 months from submission, to call back and ask again. I guess I am stuck?

Sent I-130 - 4/2/13

NOA1 - 4/9/13

RFE - 12/21/13

NOA2 - 2/28/14

NVC - 4/23/14

I864EZ Checklist (no N/A) - 7/22/14

Notice of 60 day delay - 8/1/14

Case Complete - 9/19/14

Interview Date - 10/27/14

I was reading these questions directly from my text file that I prepared to fill in with answers. He asked verification information about me and my beneficiary that is only available on the G325A documents to verify, and that he could "see" our case file. Does this mean that it is 100% guaranteed that they transferred the case file from the benefits center to a local office and this guy was lying to me?

Sent I-130 - 4/2/13

I say flush that phone call, forget the results of it, in it's entirety,

and try again on Monday or Tuesday.
