HI Guys, I just want to share my experience on how we got the NABC from Chennai. We thought it is going to be difficult But it was easy. My mom went to Chennai Corporation to the Health department. The guy wrote a list of things needed to give the NABC. The list was voters id, proof of date of birth like 10th school certificate, then an affidavit. So she went outside and the guys are sitting there to type and give you the affidavit. The guy charged her 250 rupees to type the affidavit and she had a photo in her purse and that guy stuck the photo on the affidavit and she took all these three documents and went inside and gave it to the guy in the health department. Then that guy gave her a receipt and asked her to come after 15 days to get the NABC. She went after two weeks and got the NABC.

Chennai Corporation is doing this for everyone. So there is no difficulty in getting NABC from Chennai anymore.
