I submitted my N400 and in the current address section I used my home of record address which is Texas so that I could take my oath there. My mistake though, is that under the date of current address I put the date that I was filling it out, so it looks like I started living there that same date. I did this because I wasn't sure what to put since I've been going back and forth from Texas to Tennessee (which is where my husband is stationed). This is a little confusing, I know. See, I graduated college in August of 2012 and my husband and I decided that I should move back to Texas after my degree to find a job in my field. He is getting out of the military and will be coming to Texas in August. So I made the move in October, but I had a hard time finding a job so now I'm going back to grad school in Tennessee (but it's an on-line degree, so I can do it from anywhere). Anyhow, I spent time both in Tennessee and Texas.

The problem is that I just found out that you have to live in the sate you filed three months prior to applying. I moved there in October, filed in February, but I didn't write that because I didn't think it mattered since I live in both addresses, technically. Can I ask them to edit that during my interview (which has already been scheduled)? Also, I'm not filling under being married to a citizen, so our living arrangements shouldn't be a problem.

Summary:

Military spouse whose home of record is Texas.

Husband stationed in Tennessee.

I moved to Texas in October.

But application says I moved there in Feb.

I live in both my Tennessee address and the other half of the time I live in Texas.

HELP!
