Hello!

Yesterday, April 18,2013 I received a text and e-mail notice regarding my case that USCIS mailed a notice requesting for evidence.

And today, April 19, 2013 I received the same notice again dated April 19, 2013 in my portfolio. Is this possible or is it error on their part?


08/05/12 I-129f SENT!
08/07/12 NOA-1
04/18/13 RFE email update

04/19/13 RFE email update 2

04/24/13 RFE hard copy received from mail

04/29/13 RFE mailed

05/06/13 RFE response review

05/14/13 NOA-2 email update

05/17/13 NOA-2 hard copy received from mail

05/20/13 NVC received

Forgot the dates in between

08/19/13 USA Arrival

08/24/13 Wedding

I-485 APPROVED forgot to update :(

02/12/16 I-751 Filed

02/25/16 NOA

03/11/16 Biometrics done

I received the same for both i–130 and i–129 f..I mean two times in each category. I guess the second email is the day they mailed the hard copy..I could be wrong.

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

I received the same for both i–130 and i–129 f..I mean two times in each category. I guess the second email is the day they mailed the hard copy..I could be wrong.

I was thinking they mailed same RFE twice. Won't it mess up my case? :(

Probably just human error or one was the notice of the RFE and one was the actual mailing of it. I think you'll only have one.
