I'm very happy today because after checking in the website of USCIS I found:

Post Decision Activity

On April 19, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I wish to share you my happiness.

PD is december05th,2011 in Vermont office

Congrats! Next will be forwarding your case at NVC which will notify you for further instructions which includes assigning of case number for you. Once your case is ready for further processing, they will be sending you instructions to submit Choice of Agent form, AOS, payments and the civil documents. Most of the time it still takes before you receive correspondence but there is no specific time frame. It varies.

N-400 Timeline:

Receipt notice - 07/24/19

Biometrics notice online - 07/26/19

Biometrics - 08/12/19

Interview notice - 11/22/19

Interview - 01/02/20

Oath Notice - 01/07/20

That's DS-3032 or Choice of Address and Agent.
