I filed Aug 13, 2012 and had an RFE on Feb 27, 2013. Still haven't heard anything. I've noticed that I don't see alot of August apps getting approved lately. Is this going to be CSC all over again?

No. According to Igors List, Vermont has processed 80-90% of August-September applications. If you've recieved an RFE, it has been looked at and decided you needed to send in more evidence, it's not as if it hasn't been touched at all. I'm sure you'll hear something soon.
