Hi. I am doing a I 129f and I would like to know if my fiancee can fax or scan a blank page 2 of 129f with her signature and her name written in Thai to me and I complete and send to USCIS. Same with the 325 can she just send signature to me?

How else could that be done besides slow mail? Any suggestions will be appreciated...

No. Please read the form instructions. All signatures MUST be originals. You can try it, but you could end up with an RFE.

They are going to want the original with the signature at USCIS. If you send the copy, then there is a high likelihood of getting an RFE to request the original documents down the road. If you send the originals from the start, there is a better chance it will go through without the RFE delay later.

ok, thank you.. what is my quickest option?

Can she still mail just the form with orig. signature and i complete it with the correct info..

also, uscis seems to prefer filling out online, how would that work as far as getting her signature and writing stuff in Thai?

You could always complete the forms and email them to her to print and sign...

**Edit - many forms will save the entries in fields. If it doesn't, print it once you've completed it and scan and email it. You can also install a PDF printer (I use CutePDF) and "print to PDF" instead of printing on paper, that way you have an e-copy as well.

I know it's a pain. It needs to be an original though.

Hmm, I had her scan it and email it to me. Hope it does not come back for RFE. The first time I filled it out I went to a Thai restaurant and had a waiter sign her name but I messed up something else on that form (before I sent it) so I had to fill out another, emailed it to her and she signed and scanned it. Well I'll be finding out soon, Dec VSC filer...

Hopefully you'll be ok. I've seen people get RFEs over it.
