Hi All,

New to the forum here, so I'm sorry if the answer to this question has popped up somewhere else on the forum.

My wife and I received our online I-130 approval notification today, and are expecting forms to be mailed to us soon. I'm the beneficiary in Canada, and she's the American Petitioner. The problem is, I've moved since we first applied for the I-130 in November 2012, and I'm worried the new forms will be sent to my old address. Is there a way to update my address, either online, by telephone or mail?

Thanks gang,

Evan

Don't be expecting any forms to be mailed to you. Everything for Canada needs to be completed online. Check out member Saylin and her wiki on NVC for Montreal Beneficiaries.

Thanks so much, that wiki page is tremendously helpful.

I'd still like to update my address so I can make sure my record is straight before we send any more info to the USCIS. Can anyone tell me where to look?

Thanks!

You will not be sending ANYTHING else to the USCIS until you pay the new immigrant fee. Everything will go through the NVC and you can update your address with them.
