Ok, so I'll be moving to the U.S next week and I have a question.

Do I need to declare all the gadgets I'll be bringing with me? I'll be bringing my computer, DSLR camera, kindle, hard drive, phone, etc.

I've been to the U.S three times and never declared anything. What should I do this time?

Your I-129f was approved in 85 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 225 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS

NOA1: 07/18/13

Biometrics: 08/13/13

EAD/AP approved: 09/17/13

No you do not. You will need to declare currency only, if it exceeds USD 10K.

Thanks, Gegel!

Do you also know what's the deal with smoke products? I roll my own cigarettes so I'm buying rolling tobacco that is 18gr each pack. How many packs can I have with me for personal use and also, do I need to declare them?

I don't think you would have a problem if you were to bring a couple of packs. There seems to be no set regulations for rolling tobacco...

The CBP website is not very helpful in this particular case...
