Hi VJ friends, its more than four months our cases cr1 and cr2 for my daughter are on ap.I have sent many e-mail and did many phone calls to Vfs they say the cases are on necessary administrative process and when it will finish Delhi embassy will contact you.My husband called DOS the lady told that our cases are with embassy on consulate/embassy level AP is going on.

embassy asked many questions from me through telephone after i submitted 221g asked documents and later on in February two officials came in our area and asked questions from our neighbors and then came at our home and asked many questions from my mother and went back after that no news its more than four months still ON AP.

Is it related with background checks?

long AP means denial?

some documents are already expired but embassy has not asked to re-new them why?

If some body has answers of my questions pls reply.

The embassy official visit to your home is a normal process if they want to investigate something that they are not believing it.

Normally, they will respond back in 1-2 months after the visit.

1. Either they can ask for passport

2. They will send you some communications by mail or email (at their desecration how Embassy want to communicate)

Now, what is going on? Are they not believing your relations with your husband or they are thinking of red flag for your daughter CR2 visa?

There are number of unknowns here.

Lets hope all is well, you will hear something good soon. :star:
