That P3 instruction set looks complete. He'll bring all documents in on interview day, there's nothing to send in prior.

COOL ! Prep the docs, he'll be set. Might want to review the intent to marry letters, GUZ IV wants one from each of you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes of course. Those things are a must. He print out 200 pages of our chat history. It's like a book, make an album of all pictures. Also, my visa history for all china trips I made, plane tickets, hotel invoice, movie tickets etc. I think it should be enough.

Another thing I am concerned of is the normal procedure is he mail p3 back then consulate will do his background check, then send the p4 with interview date. If we jump the regular p3, instead he bring in all p3 and p4 paperwork, is that going to be a problem?

the instructions you showed me say only bring in documents for interview day.

IMO, biodata is captured at the ustraveldocs website, so the background checking can start as soon as he makes account there and store biodata there.

And I assume may 29 should be his interview day, hope he can get his k1 visa that

Day. The reason I am concerned is because I did some research and most of k1 has to go thought p3 and p4 then interview.

that is prior to march 19. after march 19, things have changed.

xiaojunjohnson has good review of what they did, and it's recent, past the 19th of march.
