wow, you sure are thorough:) but what puzzles me is you still got an RFE despite your petition paperwork being frontloaded? i wonder what they asked for?

and your timeline about her squeezing your hand made me smile, no it made me chuckle hahaha

I have read that people at USCIS want everything paper based and people sending in dvd or usb will get thrown out and not even consider it. A lot of offices don;t have such exquiment and some will have a regular desk and just pass it on the the next person for data entry. DVD's at this point are useless.

I've never really thought about this...I've flown to visit my boyfriend twice and he has flown to see me at least 4-5 times since we started dating. I don't think any of us had saved boarding passes or hotel receipt. So what should we do?

Also skype conversation...We talk a lot about private and personal information, pictures and every. Are they going to be reading through everything?

Passport stamps. You could also use bank and credit card statements that show taking money of out of an ATM while visiting, or purchasing something while with each other(such as a hotel room).

Do not send in any overly personal conversations you do not want them to read. There is no reason to send in each and every message you ever sent each other. If frontloading, select some emails/chats that span the time of your relationship. Be selective with what you send. Don't just print out a thousand pages of everything between you, ever. The same is true for what evidence you bring to your interview later.

What you have read, and what is true are 2 different things. I didn't say what I did was the perfect way to do it, only what I did. I also didn't say it was the ONLY evidence I submitted, I said it was in addition to. What they choose to do with it after I send it is their business, but knowing it has forms with Personal Identifiable Information, AS THE GOVERNMENT, they have a responsibility not to just throw it away.

I wouldn't print the skypes logs but instead I would print screen so they know it's real. We send skype logs, just copy pasted them on word and then I thought about it and I could have send the print screens hm..

how did you extract the skype logs? did you scroll back from the start? skype log view was very easy for us since we can view it in HTML then copy and paste in ms word. then can also delete other callers (like for example my cousin also calls me, i deleted that log with her name since i just want to highlight with my fiance's call). we have many calls done in 1 year, so print screen would not be ideal for us and i would need to keep on scrolling back lol. it would take me months to scroll back. and difficult while talking to my fiance since we talk everyday. biggrin.gif

How much is enough proof of ongoing relationships?

I have a few e-mails to be exact 5 e-mails, 2 hand written letters and skype chat logs since 2011!!

I didn't send any chat logs. I sent photos from our meetings since 2010, along with hotel receipts, airplane bookings and passport stamps. I think it is the overall evidence they look at, not specifically how many pages of chat logs you have. They just want to be confident that you really have been together as long as you say you have. Good luck!

Well I just scrolled up randomly it has an option to show messages from 1 month 3, 6 etc and picked up random conversation and print screen. Sometimes when we video chat I make print screen too. Then copy paste in paint (I use windows) and save and ready. I think it's kind of nice so they can see it's not fake or something.

oh ok. when i did that before, it just pissed me off because it keeps on moving the messages while at the same time talking to my fiance. so instead of giving myself a hard time, i just searched online if there are any softwares i can download to extract the log calls. then i found skype log view.it only took me few mins to get the logs.

I guess it only depends on someone if they have the intention to fake it or not.lol.
