Hi, VJ…

I have a question. My fiancé (USC) is now living in my country. He is here for almost 2 years. We filed 129F. I just wonder if he has to sponsor me, will it be a problem? He doesn't have recent two years of paycheck as he's living in my country. He has paid tax for many years in US before he came back here thou. So, can we use paid-tax form of late years, like 2009 or 2010? If it's not ok, can my sister (USC) from US co-sponsor him? Or who else can co-sponsor him?

Please, answer me. Any comment would be appreciated. Thanks you, guys. :* :)

Jenny
