So in addition to contacting my congressman, I had been emailing CSC directly (despite them warning that people who emailed regarding status updates would be ignored). I usually got a reply in 2-3 weeks, for the most part useless, but let's just say I'd been very candid with them in telling them that I know that they are processing DACA filers ahead of I-129F filers. Well today, I awoke to a surprise email with the following reply to my last rant:

"Thank you for your inquiry. Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke."

Definitely the best news I'd had all year, short of NOA2. And that notice has me hopeful that I'll receive NOA2 in days, as I noticed a few other people

who got similar replies (only through their congressmen in their cases) had their NOA2s pretty rapidly after being told their cases were being adjudicated. So my point is, despite CSC saying that they will ignore emails inquiring on status, keep bugging them anyway, in addition to bugging your reps. The worst that could happen is you're wasting keystrokes. I don't know if that really had anything to do with my case being where it's at now, it could just be that my turn is coming soon, especially with all the other NOA2s in my timeframe lately, but at the very least, I got a reply letting me know what was going on!

Again, best news I could have had today that wasn't the actual NOA2!!! REALLY pysched about this!

Praying that it would be your NOA2, and that CSC will continue working K1 applications now. September filer here and still waiting for the NOA2. We haven't contacted congressman/senator yet because my fiance is currently out for work tour but we're hoping we will get ours soon. :)

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

In GOD we trust. † = ♥
