HI VJers. my fiance just called me up whilst at work saying that she got an email from USCIS about an address change, the exact words are:

On April 18, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)that you filed. Please check the website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case.

Is this anything to worry about or is this a good thing?

Sry if this has been asked before.

any help would be great.

Clive

Hello Clive,

Well it is possible to change your address after filing for the I-129F and can even do so on line at USCIS site. If you the petitioner did in fact request a change of address than no worry. If you did not request a change of address in regards to your I-129F application then I would be calling USCIS Customer Service for clarification regarding the email from USCIS. Call USCIS Customer Srvice at 1-800-375-5283. I had to call USCIS this morning and got through very fast and had a friendly representative to help with my questions.

Good luck!
