We got RFE on 4/18, received hard copy 2 days later. Missing letter of intent. I sent RFE response overnight priority and certified. They received and changed our status to RFE response review the next morning. Here's wishing everyone who got an RFE a quick NOA2!

The idea that they are spitting out RFE's just to bolster their numbers probably doesn't hold water. It takes more time to spit out an RFE than it does an approval, and the same adjudicator then hold

Just got an update from USCIS... an RFE :-( On 9-May-2013 we mailed you an RFE... I probably even know what is this for... Stupid Section C of the petition. Do not leave anything blank guys. Write out N/A or NONE this way you won't see any RFEs. Frustrating. I just want to get it already and send it back. So unhappy right now!

An RFE could be a simple missing signature or a box not checked on the application or something people have said they included or should have included and is not there!

If you are like us from day one, we copied our whole packets as we sent to them so we could see what they see and if something was missing from theirs, we would see it in ours!

Hang in there you are nearing the light at the end of the tunnel!
