What took 6 years ends with in 2 weeks of arriving to the USA. Ann decided she does not like living where I live and wants me to marry her and let her and the kids live in Arizona where she has some friends. I told her that was not a solution. I told her that I would be willing to move to Boston in 6 months that I had a lot of expenses getting her and the 4 kids here but she does not want to here any of that.

She has been speaking to her friend in Arizona and they have been telling her to have me marry her and then she move to Arizona. I told her that it would look and feel like a scam and she said her friend said that I was just making that up.

I tried telling her that it was boring and not much to do but she insisted I get her here. Well i called her bluff she said I either marry her or she would go back to the Philippines. Well, i am not going to quit my 50000 plus job and move to Arizona especially with the job market as it is. I told her if she really wants to go back to the Philippines that she needs to go next week that I did not see any point of us playing games and that her only option is to go back to the Philippines.

She will be returning next week.

Do I have to do anything after she leaves, I do not ever plan on getting married or meeting anyone else.

I will miss my 4 year year old we had a great time bonding and now it is all gone.........

Sir, So sorry for your heartache especially for your child. Your fiancee should cooperate and live with you especially that you are working hard and she needs also to give quality time and care for you as a loving couple together in one roof. The basic reason why you petitioned her and the kids is to stay and live close together as one family in the US. I think it is not proper for her to stay with friends or in other state as she will defeat the main purpose of your petition. If she and the kids are being maltreated in your house, then she has the logical reason to live apart or stay away from you. If you treat her right since she arrived, but still she wants to live apart, then she may have other reason to come to the US. If it is me, I'd rather come home to my country than to still live apart with my love though we are in same country. Maybe you both need to sit down and talk again, but she needs to listen and understand the situation especially your present job which is already a blessing to start the family together. If there is genuine love......everything will work out! Hope you find good resolution soon. God bless!

do anything after she leaves? No.

You didn't get married.

She has 90 days in country, in USA, to get married to you.

That's it, really.

i absolutely hated here at first because i was coming from a big city into the middle of nowhere. took me over a year to adapt. i still hate this place more than anything, but i love my husband so i stay for him until we find a way to move. it seems to me like she never loved you. if she loved you she would learn to accept the new way of life. im sorry
