Hi everyone,

I just got notification that my green card is approved. Thank GOD this long process is finally over.

I submitted my case on June 19th 2012, i got one RFE in July and on July 31st my case was transferred to CSC. In December and February. i made two service request. Then last week, i contacted Ombudsman office. They contacted me back and told me that CSC has made a decision and all i have to do is to wait to get update from USCIS. This was yesterday and today i got a text saying to check the status. I don't think Senator/Congress man are any different then this office. My understanding is that they can contact CSC directly and can give you latest update about your case.

Lucky you!!!! I sent mine the same date as yours directly to CSC, no RFEs, no red flag. I sent 2 service request already but until now I didn't hear anything at all.

Congratulations!

Try contacting Ombudsman office. Someone from that office will then inquire on your behalf directly to CSC.
