Maybe I'm a bit selfish but 1 week ago my NOA2 should come in June 15th and yesterday it jumped to July 11th :\

I want also people of August to December get their NOA2 but CSC could keep doing them and ours too. People of Jan already is completing 4 months so if people of Dec got their NOA2 within 4 months its fair Jan filers get their too.

I'm Feb filer and just want my time comes.

I'm sure CSC can make august and dec this month, next month sept and october and in june nov and jan. I've seen the graphics and august with 30% and dec with 40% of approvals, and july with 60%.

Just to think I'll have to wait more 3 months it makes me crazy...It has been 1 year I don't see my fiance :'(

Good lucky to everyone.

The timeline predictions are meaningless if:

1 Applications are approved out of order.

2 Approval rate is not reasonably constant.

Both 1 and 2 currently apply, therefore timeline predictions are meaningless.

As for waiting, suck it up, just as others have had to wait.

You're going to be in for a rude awakening if you give the VJ timeline any credibility. Mine jumped from 3 months, to 4 months, to 5 months, to 6 months, then to 7 months...

I agree with you.

And I'm waiting too for a long time too, it doesnt matter if I applied in feb the fact I'm without him a year.... But we all know USCIS can solve it all and approve all petitions from last year.

They should stop with DACA and do their job with 129-F and so after solve this issue about delays start on DACA.

ITS NOT SELFISH TO WANT TO SEE "ONES' PETITION APPROVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE..BUT MAYBE SAYING IT 'OUTLOUD' SO TO SPEAK, AND KNOWING THAT THERE IS SOME INJUSTICE FOR SO MANY OTHERS WAITING IN LINE, IS KIND OF LIKE BELIEVING TAKING 'CUTS IN A LINE' AND JUSTIFYING IT JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GET WHERE YOU ARE GOING FASTER.

i DON'T BLAME YOU, AND NEITHER WOULD ANYONE ELSE HERE...BUT IT KIND OF IRRITATES SOME PEOPLE WHEN SOMEONE WANTS SOMETHING 'WHEN THEY WANT IT' NO MATTER IF IT AFFECTS OTHERS WRONGLY.

I BELIEVE 'FIRST IN LINE' DESERVES ALL THE ATTENTION, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION...OTHERWISE GOING AHEAD OF OTHERS BEFORE YOU IS NO BETTER THAN JUSTIFYING THOSE DACA APPLICATIONS.

HERE'S HOPING YOU GET YOUR QUICK APPROVALS..BUT HOPING OTHERS BEFORE YOU GET THEIRS FIRST!...THE WAY IT OUGHT TO BE!

Yeah I know.... When I saw USCIS approving dec instead other I really got upset bcz it could be me...As i said I really hope they finish in two months de petitions from last year.

I'm waiting for 2 months of course I can wait more 2, but I'm worried wait 7-9 months....it really makes me upset.

My lawyer said same...for not give credibility for what I see here..No one can tell who really got their NOA2 or not...

I dont want to offend no one here and make angry bcz I know who is want to be with the one you love...

A lot of people here have waited 7 months, 8 months, a year... looks like CSC is picking things up so hopefully you won't have to wait longer than their previous 5 month average. Keep in mind the VJ Timeline is just a (flawed) hypothetical analysis of VJ Timelines. It doesn't take into account the hundreds of thousands of K1 filers who don't come to this website, nor does it take into account people who don't update their timelines.

I am sorry, I am laughing about myself. We are in love and we should laugh until we get approved. I am just a happy man after I went thru a very very painful divorce 3 years ago. I am so happy to be in love again and start from zero again.

Hi,

I'm a February filler myself so technically taking those 5 months into consideration you should wait till the beginning of July hopefully not longer that's what I'm hoping for myself July 25th. However, you should prepare yourself for at least 6-7 months so that you would be happy if it comes after 5 months rather than being disappointed. I know it's hard, especially seeing CSC processing over 20 petitions a day but that is what I keep telling myself! :)

Hopefully it will be a fast process for you! :)

I know it is difficult to wait... I know you feel like you're putting your life 'on hold', but believe me at the end it's all worth it!
