So basically you're saying your country sucks and they should let you into the U.S. because of that?

no i did not say my country sucks, its just going through a phase bad norm, but why are you getting upset, I was just asking, not implementing anything. i have lived in US for 6 years, it sometimes kinda gets hard to adjust somewhere else.

If they are USC's they can petition your parent and after 10 years that parent can come to the US and petition you and after another 8 years you may be able to come , assuming laws don't change.

so no other petition that has a faster process, since im a US IT graduate.

i say apply for another student visa, and chase a master's program, in the usa.

when finished, go to canada, apply for asylum.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

An Employer to sponsor you.

An application that qualifies.

And if it is a lottery year a bit of luck.

My uncle has a real estate and bathroom fittings agency, can he sponsor me?

Probably not. H1B usually required a Masters, or a lot of experience.

If you have several years work experience in fitting, say, gold bathroom fittings and there are few Americans who do, then maybe.

Wait I thought bachelors was the minimum starting for H1B.

That is why I said "usually"; it is possible to get approved with a bachelor's (or even many years work experience), but much more difficult.

Somebody with a Batchelors and no prior work experience is going to have a hard time finding an employer to go through the cost and time of sponsoring a work visa.
