I got married in good faith, I have a lot of things to prove it. Right now we are living separately she's in Pennsylvania, I'm living in North carolina. My green card expires August 3rd of this year. North carolina state requires to be 1 year living separately to be able to file for a divorce, we've been only separated for 8 months. So how should I file for the removal of conditions? Should I mark on the form that I'm filing alone since we're getting a divorce? Please help me out. I'd love to pay for an attorney to help me but I'm going through financial problems at the time. I appreciate it beforehand.
