Please focus your "deep concern" (as if you give two $hits) about nutjob / criminal control on why over 70,000 criminals or nutjobs get away with violating the law now/today by attempting to purchase a gun and nobody does anything about it and follow that with a long and detailed explanation of why you think a longer list of them is going to make a dam bit of difference.

Who do these criminals and nutjobs buy their weapons from? Sellers. Not from those sellers that are required to perform a background check. But from those that are not. So you stop that supply. You're smart enough to understand that. Don't pretend you're not.

Gunshows are yet not as good as walmart... they are not 24 hr shops.

Gunshows only happen few times in a year, also if you were not aware all the lic dealer at gun show are required to do the background check. Any lic fire arms dealer is required to do a background check no matter where they sell, in brick mortar store, online or at gun show.

Do you guys really think a lic gun dealer would be willing to loose his business and the fire arms lic by not doing the background check?
