It says a lot about you that you feel the need to add insult to the injury these families have already experienced. I think that the families present have been clear and vocal about why they are there. And they have made abundantly clear that they are not props. Decent people would show some respect. You, on the other hand...

the headstones are sinking. show some faux decency & get off of them.

Yep same drama (bull) use the victims and their families as the prop to fulfill personal agenda.

Who is being used? And by whom? Or do you feel that if they disagree with your position, and agree more with someone else's, that "someone else" must be using them?

Honestly - who cares?

Given an opportunity to prosecute 77,000 cases identified by background check in 2009 alone the administration only prosecuted 77 of them. SO: Why the hell expand them and what the hell good would it do?

http://www.politifact.com/wisconsin/statements/2013/feb/03/mayors-against-illegal-guns/us-files-criminal-charges-fraction-gun-denial-case/

"It is a federal crime for felons and other prohibited gun purchasers to attempt to buy a gun. The (U.S.) Department of Justice, however, has not been prosecuting people who fail background checks at licensed gun dealers, leaving them free to buy from unlicensed sellers who don’t conduct checks – including largely anonymous Internet sales."

The statement continued with a reference to one Department of Justice agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Explosives (ATF), claiming:

"In 2009, the Federal Bureau of Investigation referred more than 71,000 such cases to ATF, but U.S. attorneys ultimately prosecuted only 77 of them."

SO:

Why does the administration not go after the illegal gun buyers that the background checks identify today? Why lose the chance to catch 71,000 illegal gun buyers a year to prevent the 9,000 deaths by firearms? The administration is handed 71,000 names of people annually who illegally try to buy a gun along with their address and all their other personal information and they do NOTHING

As Obama says to the senators who voted down the legislation:

"it isn't worth it" to protect the nation's children.

So we have to protect ourselves and our own children. Obama otherwise doesn't give a rat's a$$ about keeping illegal gun buyers off the streets.

i don't get it.

the poster that won't step off

pretty sure his point is completely valid. if obama is using the sandy hook to promote an agenda, so are the victim's parents. either that or you believe they are not capable of independent thought.

I agree ! all were props !

Is interesting, as festivities started with the Gabriel Zimmerman memorial dedication, and ended up using the same folk for this 'press announcement'. He's a loon ! [The Kenyan] and is impotent for getting his agenda realized.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
