Received my appointment notice in the mail on Saturday, appointment is on June 26th at 1.55pm...

Does anybody know if the package that I had to hand in at POE (the sealed envelope) is forwarded to the local office? The CBP officer at POE also took my sealed envelope with the medical exam results, and of course that is now on the list of things to bring to the interview.

hi guys ,

Im also a April filer but im wondering why it seems like everyone here already recieve their biometric appointment letter but how come my husband still waiting for his...We got the NOA1 notice already for both the I-485, I-765. Is it because of the state i live in that s why its taking so long?

Good luck!!! FYI I filed in Nov of 2012 and while I was visiting my sweetie this May for her birthday recieved an email from them requesting further evidence. UGGGH! They want proof my sweetie was never married in the DR, so off she went to some Government agency in DR for a paper stating this and is sending it DHL to me, then I have it translated and certified before I can send it to immigration.

We are wondering the same thing about the medical packet. We don't have a copy of the original medical done in Europe, so what can we bring other than his actual vaccination records?

My Husband just received his AOS interview appointment letter and we have an interview in Chula Vista on July 8th!

Looks like we have almost identical AOS timelines, and we're both processed at the Chula Vista office... I'll make sure to share our interview experience here!

Another thing that I noticed... I only received one MMR shot during my medical in Germany, but apparently I need to have 2 shots... Didn't get any RFE, so I hope that won't come up during the interview!

Hey guyz I'm waiting with all of you here is my timeline:

April 9th:package sent

April 10th: Chicago lockbox received package

April 17th: received noa,biometrics & rife in mail

May 10th: responded to rfe

May 13th: biometrics done

June 10th: interview letter received

Waiting anxiously and getting everything ready for interview.

I believe that at least by Monday you will hear about your EAD :)
