is anyone here still waiting or some of you have gotten approval? why there's no update from this thread? where's everyone?

Finally recieved green cards. Applied April 3 2013. That's close to a year wait.

And they want to add 12 million Illegals into the system? LOL

Green card approved on 02/24/14 after 10 months wait. Card in hand 03/03/14

AOS JOURNEY

19-04-2013...................AOS package sent.

24-04-2013................... NOA1 received by text and email.

29-04-2013................... NOA1 received by post for AOS and EAD

03-05-2013...................Received biometric appointment notice.

13-05-2013...................Received RFE for AOS by text

20-05-2013................... Biometric done

09-06-2013.................... Sent RFE response

12-06-2013..................... Case updated to Response review

06-07-2013..................... EAD Approved

13-07-2013...................... EAD received in Mail

Nothing for me. It is close to one year now. I called them once and got reply in the mail that said pending consideration and regret that they cannot give timeframe when they will complete the review of the case. I feel like it's taking forever and that there's nothing I can do about it, but to only wait patiently. I like to hear from everyone's update, please drop a line if you're still waiting like me or already got approved.

We got the same response from one of our two e-requests. Still waiting....We actually filed March 27 or 28, but it was received as "acceptance" on case status as of April 2. Coming up on a year with no changes is making us incredibly anxious. It amazes me that people file after us, receive RFE, send back RFE, and get approved before any updates are given on our case. It's ridiculous is what it is.
