Hi vj's

I call the USCIS Customer Service but no one will answered. its an automated service I follow the instruction but it will end up for nothing I've keep on checking my case status online everyday but it seems like nothing happen for four months ago was filed last December 13,2012 ( I-130 Alien Relative, 201B preferences category) Priority date 12-14-12 . I have no clue what's been goin about my case. How to contact them and see what happen. Thank you

call, don't press anything, person will answer speaking Spanish, say English please, this will be a cr.. so they will only be able to see what you can see online, if you are able to persuade the cr to transfer you to an IO, they will be able to tell you more details about your case

Thanks for responding my message stevie I call back again then I spoke one of the lady She ask me the Receipt # and my (applicant information) She asked me what is the reason of calling about , " I said just want to follow up and to know how long is the processing time and where is this now, so after all the question being asked she said just wait on the may 3rd the letter will be mail.. and also she gave me the confirmation #. my question is that the 2nd notice will be expecting for or a letter knowing me where the application is
