Hello I just recevied my case number today is there anyway you can track when it leaves NVC.. I know have seen it on this forum but I cant find it.... Thank You

You can know the status through E-mail, Postal and Telephone

By E-mail

The NVC’s e-mail address is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

E-mail is the NVC’s preferred method of communication.

• Use your personal id and send email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov
  
• In the subject enter your NVC Case Number
  
• enter the details of applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.
  
• If the petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name.
  
• Provide the attorney of record’s name, law firm and address (if applicable).

I know when we were "tracking" it from NVC to the embassy in Tunisia I called both the NVC number and the embassy # in Tunisia. I actually was able to talkt o the person who received our case in Tunisia and had an email back fast from them as to what is needed prior to the interview date being assigned. He was able to tell me teh day I talked to him that he saw the package from NVC was arriving that day.
