I just just tyrying to get a feel of people in this form that have received an RFE in March or April and have responded to it. I was wondering if anyone has had their Green Card Apporved since the RFE response. If so please list your dates (RFE notice, Respose, Approval)

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

How are you so sure your case is being processed at the local field office? Your case may be processed at the NBC unless they told you you have an interview?

I thought you can only respond to a RFE at the address on the paperwork??? Keep us updated on your situation, cause child support is a problem with I-864.

@John P. We only submitted the D-3025 sheet as well. Did the RFE specifically state that you are missing something? Just wondering.

3/5/2013 - Filed AOS, EAD & AP

3/7/2013 - USCIS Chicago rec'd applications

Yes it stated "supply vaccination supplement" Which is the last page of the I 693 form. This is a gray area in the uscis people have been rfed for it and some have not. I assume somewehre down the line they will fix this inconsistancy in their instructions and regulations.

Its probably because it has been over a year for you. Based on your timeline you were approved feb 2012. This is probably why you got RFEd

Well arrording to the USCIS policy you have to sumbit your AOS application within one year of the medical exam for it to be valid. Since the USCIS waitied 9 months to look at the application of course it is going to be over one year old.

Hi. I sent my AOS package on March 25th and accepted on March 28th. Received my biometrics appointment letter a week later for May 6th but I did a walk in on the Gardena office here in LA on 4/19. The place was totally empty and they were so happy to see me since they didn't have anything to do. I was out in 10 min. But on 4/20 I received a RFE letter since my wife (citizen) did not meet the Proverty Guidelines. But it looks like her brother is willing to help as a joint sponsor and we are working on it right now. I have not received any other notification yet but I'm waiting.
