Guys, need your advise.

We had our interview earlier today (F2A), the consul only asked for my name and my wife's name, and said everything is in order and I should wait for my number to be called in the next window. He did not say the visa was approved or denied.

My number was then immediately called in the next and last window (releasing), he confirmed our names and asked if we already had the biometrics or fingerprint scanning, he then said everything is okay and I should just wait for the passport/visa to be mailed.

We then dropped the courier slip (2GO) at counter 69.

We went home and now I am worried and not sure if the visa was approved or not.

PLEASE HELP!

He did say you wait for your "passport/visa". I think your good. Just wait for the packet they'll be sending. Congratulations.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the passport/visa/packet to be delivered and received to your address?

I'm not even sure yet we were approved :(

Check your case status ,just follow the link given by apple21.When I checked my case before it says READY the following day they updated to ISSUED.When I called the USEM that day,they told me they are going to forward my visa packet via 2GO.

Don't worry just wait for your visa at your delivery address.

Congratulations!

you passed! this was almost similar to my experience..the CO did not tell me that i was approved or denied, after asking questions he just said "Ok we're done but my computer is taking some time, why dont you have a seat im sure you dont mind waiting for another 3-4 minutes'...i didnt know what will happen next, then i got called to one of the releasing windows (No. 72)and the fliipino guy there asked my name & birthdate looked at my files forwarded to him by CO probably, and then said 'all ok now, you passed, just wait for it you can go home now'

8 days after my interview i received passport with visa, & my visa packet, that will be given to the Immigration officer at the POE.

CONGRATULATIONS!! :dance::dance::dance:

we are now expecting our first baby! :goofy: (L) :dancing: (F) :wub: :star: :dance: :jest:
