Guys, need your advise.

We had our interview earlier today (F2A), the consul only asked for my name and my wife's name, and said everything is in order and I should wait for my number to be called in the next window. He did not say the visa was approved or denied.

My number was then immediately called in the next and last window (releasing), he confirmed our names and asked if we already had the biometrics or fingerprint scanning, he then said everything is okay and I should just wait for the passport/visa to be mailed.

We then dropped the courier slip (2GO) at counter 69.

We went home and now I am worried and not sure if the visa was approved or not.

PLEASE HELP!

Topic has been moved from Tourist Visa forum to 'Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America' forum as the OP is immigrating on an F2a visa and not visiting the US on a visitors visa.

(Congratulations, btw  . You should receive your passports back with the visas in them soon).

We only had our interview early this morning. I checked the link you provided, it says 'ready' for interview. Still very worried.

They have not yet updated. Try tomorrow.

We already provided those to the NVC. The Filipina interviewer (pre-screening) asked for the latest copy (2012) which I gave her.

I was the very first to be interviewed, the American consul asked for my name, asked me to raise my hand and swear, asked who my petitioner is and how I am related to her. That was it. He was looking at his computer monitor, checked and signed some forms and then said 'okay, everything is in order...' and 'wait for your number to be called again in the next window, thank you', I don't remember any other words in between, I may be of shock at that moment.

Not sure about the ITR, but we gave them the actual copies from IRS, and no we did not provide any new forms, they did not ask.
