Hello People,

I have completed my bachelors degree in Advertising from Pakistan. However, I want to do a second bachelors degree in the field of accounting from USA. Is it possible to do so?

I have no intention to apply in a masters program. Will this create any sort of problem in successfully acquiring a student visa?

Please shed some light on this issue :)

IT shouldn't since you would still be attending school. I think you just have to get accepted.

Have you been accepted by a reputable University.

Applying to a good University and being accepted will be the first step.

Next step, will be receiving your admission letter and paying your fees.

Then use admin letter & receipt of fee payment plus other relevant documents to apply for your student visa.

Is it necessary to pay the fees before visa approval coz I know some people who paid their fees after reaching US.

I want to add following to what others have mentioned.

Student visa depends on many factors, the main being availability and proof of funds (strong documentary evidence, liquid cash in form of CDs/bank deposit etc) and your ability to convenience the office that you will get back to your home country.

School ranking is a factor only if school has very low ranking.
