Big congratulations!! :dance::thumbs:

We have also contacted our senator (via mail and a follow up call on April 10) and are hoping that it to will help us on our way. Our NOA1 is July 20 2012

Is there a difference in contacting senator or congressman? It seems that either of them can provide help with USCIS issues. Which one would be more effective?

Thanks.

Just wanted to let everyone know I got my approval from CSC today! I AM SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!! I have been waiting for a little less than 9 months. Our NOA1 date was July 24.

I literally cried my eyes out when I got the text. (tears of joy).

I am completely convinced that this approval would't have come for a few more months if I didn't contact my senator. A few hours after my approval the senate's office called me to tell me that they contacted CSC on Monday and that my case was approved today. My advice to everyone, CONTACT YOUR SENATOR. It doesn't hurt to try. SO SO HAPPY!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone! <3 :dance: :dance:

Terrific news, congrats for it couldn't happen to a more deserving couple. Here is hoping more July/Aug people get their approval. All the best with the rest of the process.

Thank you all so much! Good luck to everyone! I am going to update my timeline ASAP :)

My advice is to contact your senator....my senator's aid called in Monday and they approved my K-1 two days later. I also got a call back from the senators office telling me that they approved our case! I know everyone's senator is different but it is worth a try!

My congressman sent a letter out and I think that didn't help much. Having my senator actually CALL is what did the trick!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE and thank you all for the kind words and help! <3
