PDF of Gang of 8 bill

Very much hoping that this bill can be stopped in it's tracks. The programs in this bill will consume monumental USCIS resources. And like DACA, I fear that family sponsored-based visas will bear the burden.

Here's the short version of what they're looking to add ...

- whatever paperwork and checks it takes to grant Registered Provisional Immigration (RPI) status to 11+ million illegal immigrants in the US since Dec 31, 2011

- all derivative immediate family petitions for people granted RPI, both those family members inside or outside the US

- doubling and tripling the H-1B work visa cap

- new W class low skill 3-year work visas (20,000 cap 1st year, 35,000 the second year; 55,000 the third year and 75,000 the fourth year)

- new AgJobs program

Immigration Reform ... or Immigration Explosion?

It's emboldening people to commit crime. i wish you could see how happy several of my illegal workers are about this.

You have illegal workers? If you're so concerned about emboldening crime, then why are you participating?

Oh mine work their butts off. never miss . No way you can find good labor like that for the money we pay elsewhere..

Okay, so you want to keep them enslaved which is why you are against the immigration reform bill. The south is still the south after all. Noted.

They are not enslaved. they make the same exact thing and have the same benefits my Americans have. They just work harder and can't get govt benefits to subsidize or shatty pay.

It is illegal for you to knowingly employ them. You are breaking the law. Just remember that next time you rail against law breakers. That includes you!

My stance on this: Open up immigration as much as possible. If people want to live in the U.S., let them. If people don't want to live in the U.S., let them. An open world is a good world.

The argument against my stance everyone makes is, people from poor countries will come to the U.S., and there will be no jobs left for Americans. I think the more people there are, the more jobs will come up.

What would Xenu do?

You open the borders to anyone that wants to cross them and we will be a third world country in no time Millions will flock to the USA. The burden it would put on our medical and in fastructure would not be substanible.

Then if the USA becomes a third world country, millions will flock out. It will balance itself.
