That's fine, as long as you're currently meeting the income requirement & providing the proof via a job letter. Otherwise -no.

You will need to find a joint sponsor. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=720b0a5659083210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=720b0a5659083210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

hello and thank you for your help

my question is: does NVC process your case even if you have lower income ? No, if petitioner's current income doesn't meet the poverty guidelines, NVC will not consider your case completed. They will require a joint sponsor.

and if no is the co-sponsor gonna cause problem the day of the interviw? Yes.

i heard that NVC accept some of the applicat with lower income but the have to prove enought incom the day of the interviw,is this correct? Probably NVC might forego but there's NO guarantee. On the day of the interview, beneficiary must present petitioner's latest ITR and W2 as proof that petitioner's current income meets the poverty guidelines. If it doesn't, then beneficiary will get a 221g form for additional joint sponsor and joint sponsor's ITR and W2.

thank you so much
