we just married with k1 visa, and need to submit the g-325a form with the aos forms. Do i put my fiancees last name before we married on this form, or what her new last name is/ will be.

If your wife will be using your last name from now on, then all the AOS forms should be filled out in her new married name. The name you use on the forms is the name that will appear on the EAD/AP and green card.
