how do you track down your vaccinations?

Please help me understand how they want you to present your vaccination records? How much information and what immunizations are included?

I don't know where to begin securing documents for this... find all my doctors since childhood who ever gave me vaccine shots?

2013-08-13 - Sent AOS package (I-485/I-765/I-131 for K1; I-485/I-131 for K2)

2013-08-21 - E-notification text & email with case numbers. Receipt date for I-485 was 2013-08-15. Receipt date for I-765 and I-131 was 2013-08-20.

2013-08-24 - Received hard copy NOA1 for K1's I-485, I-765, and I-131. No NOA1 received for K2's I-485 and I-131.

2013-08-30 - Received biometrics appointment letters for 2013-09-13. Sent Request for Rescheduling form to re-reschedule biometrics.

2013-09-04 - Biometrics processing stamp (early walk-in / Infopass)

2013-09-10 - Received a second set of biometrics appointment letters so I sent back copies of our biometrics processing stamps to three offices: Alexandria BPU, NBC, and Vermont Service Center.

2013-09-23 - E-notification: change of Case Status (I-485 K1&K2 ready for interview scheduling)

2013-09-26 - Received a third biometrics appointment letter (to K1 only). Ignored.

2013-10-10 - E-notification: Interview appointment notice for 11/13/13

2013-10-14 - Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-18 - E-notification: "name change relating to I-765"; E-notification: 1-131 approved (K1)

2013-10-22 - Received AOS interview cancellation notice by mail

2013-10-23 - E-notification: change of Case Status (I-485 K1&K2 interview cancelled) ; E-notification: I-765 approved; E-notification: 1-131 approved (K2)

Went to my mother and asked for my medical records. She handed me papers from her files from when I was a child showing my shots as well as my yellow book which lists shots dates and doctors signatures on them.

This is more or less a country specific question tho because its going to be different on how to obtain your shots records if your parents do not have them..

My Suggestion would be to go to your doctor ask for a teter test. This will test your immunities to all the deseases that vacinations cover, that way if you need to update any you can get it done now. That is what I am doing because Public health didnt have any records from my childhood shots, and having lived in two different provinces, there was no easy way to chase it down. Take a list of the vaccinations they want confirmation on to your doctor and they can order the bloodwork.

05/07/2015 - RFE request sent back to USCIS

05/08/2015 - RFE request received at USCIS

05/11/2015 - Green card IN PRODUCTION!!!!

05/11/2015 - Welcome letter Mailed!

05/14/2015 - Welcome Letter Received

05/18/2015 - Green Card Received!! FINALLY!!!!

Don't worry about it too much, many don't bring shot records, the doctors at SLEC will give you whatever shots are needed, its all part of the medical. My wife did not bring her shot records to St. Luke's.

No need for you to bring that record if you dont have any. I just had my medical exams at st luke's and didnt bring immunization record for i dont have any. They will be going to interview you, ask you questions and will determine which necessary vaccines you need. And mind you, vaccines are age specific and if you will be going to have your medical by june-august, you will be given and flu shot. In mu case i was given MMR, varicella and DTP. After that they will give you a new immunization record which they will require you to bring in the US together with the xray cd.
